Co-Mayors of Erciş Municipality Met with NGO Representatives

Co-Mayors of Erciş Municipality met with the presidents of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in the district in the municipality meeting hall.

During the meeting, the new asphalt plant put into service by Erciş Municipality and the ongoing asphalt laying and road renewal works throughout the district were discussed. The Co-Mayors provided comprehensive information to NGO representatives about the asphalt production capacity, the planned work program, and the services carried out in the neighborhoods.

While evaluating the works carried out to strengthen the transportation infrastructure of the district, the views, suggestions, and requests of the non-governmental organizations were also heard. In the meeting, which took place in an environment of mutual exchange of ideas, the importance of a common mind and participatory municipal understanding aimed at the needs of the city was emphasized.

The Co-Mayors stated that the asphalt works would continue uninterrupted in accordance with the planned program to provide Erciş with a more modern and secure transportation network, and expressed that they would continue to work in cooperation with all institutions and organizations contributing to the development of the district.

The meeting concluded after the evaluation and suggestions of the NGO representatives were taken.
