ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CAMPAIGN ACROSS THE CITY FROM ERCİŞ MUNICIPALITY

The Erciş Municipality Department of Science Affairs is continuously carrying out road maintenance and repair works to increase transportation safety, ensure driving comfort, and address deformations occurring on the roads. Teams working in the field are meticulously continuing maintenance, repair, and asphalt patching works on the routes that are needed, so that the public can provide safer, more comfortable, and uninterrupted transportation.

In this context, a comprehensive asphalt patching work was carried out by the Erciş Municipality Department of Science Affairs Road Maintenance and Repair teams on the inbound and outbound routes of approximately 1,500 meters of Zeylan Street, which falls under the responsibility of Van Metropolitan Municipality, extending to the direction of Simekli Petrol.

The works carried out on a total of 3,000 meters of road route in both directions continued uninterrupted until 11:00 PM. As a result of the intense and dedicated efforts of the teams, asphalt patching works were successfully completed throughout the route, making the road safer and more comfortable.

On the other hand, road maintenance and repair works were also carried out at the excavation points on Vanyolu and Alkanat streets due to infrastructure works. The teams intervened in the road damages occurring in the excavation areas and made the necessary arrangements to ensure that transportation was not adversely affected and road safety was restored.

The Road Maintenance and Repair teams of the Department of Science Affairs, working in the field, continue their efforts at the necessary points throughout the city without regard to day or night, or working hours. Thanks to the dedicated work of the teams, the damages occurring on road surfaces are being addressed, preventing any negative situations that the public may encounter during transportation.

For safer roads, more comfortable transportation, and a more livable Erciş, the municipal teams continue to produce services in the field.
