Meeting on Zoning Revision and Article 18 Implementation at Erciş Municipality

During the meeting, the planned revised zoning works and the implementation of Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 to be applied to various parcels in our district were discussed. All zoning issues that need to be resolved in the district, especially the urban transformation areas that have turned into a chronic problem for 13 years, were comprehensively evaluated.

Co-Chair Bilici stated that the implementation of Article 18 is of great importance for providing regular growth to the city, solving property issues, and ensuring modern urbanization.

By gathering the opinions, suggestions, and technical evaluations of participating architects and engineers, a study was initiated to carry out the works in a healthier, more transparent, and planned manner.

At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that the zoning process, which will shape the future of Erciş, will continue in cooperation with all stakeholders.
