Consultation Meeting for Effective Management and Efficient Service at Erciş Municipality

Erciş Municipality Co-Mayors Güler Temel and Av. Baran Bilici held a comprehensive evaluation meeting with the participation of unit managers to ensure that municipal services are carried out in a more planned, effective, and efficient manner.

The meeting addressed the current status of municipal services, ongoing projects, continuing works, and the goals for the upcoming period; topics such as strengthening institutional functioning, effective use of resources, and improving service processes were evaluated in detail. The works carried out by each unit in line with their activity areas were discussed, and the problems encountered and solution proposals were consulted.

During the meeting, special importance was given to the efficient use of public resources, raising quality standards in service delivery, and spreading a performance-oriented working understanding. The Co-Mayors emphasized the necessity of increasing institutional capacity in line with the understanding of sustainable municipalism and ensuring that services are measurable, auditable, and planned.

The meeting also addressed strengthening inter-unit coordination, increasing information sharing, and developing a culture of joint work; evaluations were made towards making internal communication within the institution more systematic. The Co-Mayors highlighted that creating a harmonious and integrated working model between units would directly contribute to service quality.

Within the framework of a service understanding that prioritizes the satisfaction of our people, it was expressed that projects aimed at the needs of the district should be implemented more quickly and effectively; it was stated that demands coming from the field should be regularly analyzed and a solution-oriented management approach should be adopted.

At the end of the meeting, Co-Mayors Güler Temel and Av. Baran Bilici stated that Erciş Municipality would continue its activities with a transparent, accountable, participatory, and efficiency-focused management approach.
