The directorate contributes to the regular continuation of services by meeting the needs of municipal units within the framework of relevant legislation.

The directorate carries out activities aimed at meeting the needs of buildings, facilities, and fixed assets belonging to the municipality through procurement processes, conducting tender processes, movable property management, inventory transactions, provision of vehicles and equipment, and coordination of maintenance and repair services. Additionally, it ensures coordination among municipal units by making logistical plans aimed at improving the quality of the institution's services.
